Ron is now offering stress management classes to deal with stress in our everyday lives. These sessions will consist of learning relaxation skills, coping skills, breathing exercises and meditation. You will learn centering exercises to help you feel more comfortable when dealing with stress. The sessions will be taught individually and will consist of six 45-minute time frames, one session per week.
